Éclaira

Éclaira is an old world, vast and luminous. The Eclairians live there in clans, villages and camps, keeping the rhythm of the wind, the seasons and the sun.

Flora

The giant sunflowers rule the plains of Éclaira, tall as trees. They set the rhythm of the clans’ life: their blossoming marks the great festivals, and their turning towards the sun still guides the seasonal journeys of the Eclairians.

Fauna

The plains of Éclaira teem with life:

• cows in herds of several hundred head;
• thousands of bees gathering nectar from the giant sunflowers;
• rabbits hidden among the sunflowers.

The damsfa

The damsfa is the alpha male of the cow herds. It resembles a blue bull whose horns reach 3 metres.

The wobzi

The wobzi is a badly deformed snake, its body seemingly knotted and twisted every which way.

The xot

The xot is a bird with a single eye, gliding above the sunflower fields.

Spirituality

Éclaira is not held to be a territory for exploitation, but a living presence. That vision explains the deep incomprehension between Eclairians and Cyborgs.
